Privacy Policy
Last updated: 29 May 2026
RedRock Inc ("the Site", "we", "us"), at 5511 Flinders Street, Newcastle NSW 9334, Australia, respects the privacy of visitors. This policy explains what happens to your data when you browse the site or get in touch with us. You can reach us on +61 624 595 1232.
What information we collect
Browsing data: when you visit the site, the server automatically records your IP address (truncated), your browser type, the referring page, and the date and time of the visit. That data is kept in the server logs.
Contact details: if you send a message through the contact form or write to us by email, we receive your name, your email address and the content of the message. We do not collect any information beyond what you choose to share with us.
Cookies: the site itself does not use cookies for tracking. If we add analytics services in the future (such as Google Analytics), we will update this policy and add a consent banner, as the law requires.
Why we use the information
- Browsing data: running the site, security (detecting attack attempts), and aggregate statistics (for example, how many visitors we had this month).
- Contact details: replying to your enquiry. We will not use your email address for any other purpose — not for a newsletter, not for marketing, and not to share with third parties.
How long we keep the information
Server logs are kept for 30 days and deleted automatically. Emails sent to us are kept for as long as they stay relevant to the correspondence, and are deleted when the correspondence ends or at your request.
Sharing with third parties
We do not sell, rent or share your information with third parties — not for marketing purposes, not for commercial purposes, and not for any other purpose. The exceptions: a binding legal requirement (such as a court order), or infrastructure providers that host the site (in which case the data is processed under a privacy agreement with the provider).
International data transfers
The site is hosted on servers that may be located outside Australia. Before any personal information is disclosed to an overseas recipient, we take reasonable steps to ensure the recipient does not breach the Australian Privacy Principles, and we check that the provider meets accepted information-protection standards (for example, SCCs — Standard Contractual Clauses).
Your rights
Under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), the Australian Privacy Principles, and other relevant regulations (such as the GDPR if you are in the European Union):
- Access: you can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you.
- Correction: if the information is inaccurate, you can ask us to correct it.
- Deletion: you can ask us to delete your information.
- Restriction of processing: you can ask us to stop processing your information.

Cookies and tracking technologies
As things stand, the site does not use third-party cookies and does not run analytics services. If we decide to add Google Analytics or a similar service in the future, we will implement an opt-in consent mechanism and update this policy. We will not track you without your explicit consent.
Information security
The site is served over HTTPS (TLS). The forms on the site use mailto and do not store data on our server. That said, no system is completely secure — if you want to contact us securely, we support PGP.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy in a material way, we will post a notice at the top of the site for at least a week. The date at the top of the page reflects the most recent update.
Complaints
If you believe we have breached the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) or the Australian Privacy Principles, you are entitled to contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
